The Oyo State Government, on Friday, said it would return packs of rice got from the Federal Government, in the wake of finding it is in rough shape, the Nation reports. 
Three trailer heaps of rice containing around 1,800 sacks, were sent to the state. 
However, they have are currently said to be invaded with weevil and unfit for human utilization.
